Cuttr AI is run by Vitality Therapeutics Ltd (company 13070024, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). This page says what we collect to edit your video, why, who helps us, and how long we keep it. Questions: hello@getcuttr.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, to send you your edit and the link to your page.
• The video you upload, and the link to the reel you want copied.
• What our editor measures in your video to edit it: the words you say and when, your voice's loudness, where your face and body are in the frame, and still frames from the video.
• What it measures in the reel you link: its cuts, captions, graphics, colours, pace and sound.
• Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Why

Only to make your edit and run your plan. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use your videos to train AI models.

Who helps us

• Anthropic (Claude): reads your transcript and still frames, and frames of the reel, to plan and direct the edit. Anthropic does not train on this data.
• Supabase: stores your video, your edit and your account (encrypted at rest).
• Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• To fetch a public reel from its link we use the reel's public page (and Apify as a fallback).

Your video is edited on computers we run ourselves; it is not shared with anyone else.

How long we keep it

• Your uploaded video and everything measured from it: deleted 30 days after your edit finishes.
• Your finished edit: kept for 90 days so you can download it again, then deleted.
• Your email and plan: kept while you have a plan and as long as the law requires for billing records after.

Your rights

Ask us any time for a copy of your data or to delete it: hello@getcuttr.com. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
