These terms are between you and Vitality Therapeutics Ltd (company 13070024, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom), which runs Cuttr AI. By using Cuttr AI you agree to them.

What you get

You upload a video of yourself and a link to a public reel. Cuttr AI edits your video in the style of that reel and emails you when it is ready. Each plan includes a set number of edits every month; unused edits do not roll over. An edit that fails is not counted.

Payment

Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Stripe processes payments as merchant of record and may add tax. Cancel any time from your page; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. If something went wrong with an edit, email us and we will make it right.

Your video and the reel you link

• You must own the video you upload, or have the right to edit it, and have the permission of anyone in it.
• Cuttr AI copies how a reel is edited (its cuts, captions, graphics, pace and look). It never puts the other creator's words, face or footage in your edit.
• Your edit is yours: post it anywhere.
• No illegal, hateful, sexual or deceptive content, and nothing that impersonates someone else.

AI

Edits are made by AI and can contain mistakes. Check your edit before you post it.

Liability

Cuttr AI is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last three months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
